1. Responsibility and trust in customers 
  • We prioritize customer needs and provide high-quality products and services. Listen to customers' opinions and resolve problems quickly. 
  • It thoroughly protects customers' personal information and transaction information, and has a system to prevent information leakage. 
  • Observe transparent and fair procedures in the process of trading with customers, and prohibit the provision of false information. 
2. Responsibilities to executives and employees 
  • We respect the human rights of all executives and employees and do not discriminate against them in terms of gender, age, race, or religion. Provide fair treatment and a safe working environment. 
  • All personnel processes, such as recruitment, promotion, and compensation, are handled fairly according to their ability and performance, and unfair personnel activities are prohibited. 
  • Employees provide opportunities for education and self-development to improve their work skills. 
3. Relationship with suppliers and competitors 
  • Comply with laws and regulations in competition with competitors, and compete in a just and ethical way.  
  • It maintains a fair transaction based on mutual trust in the relationship with partners and supports the development of partners. 
4. Responsibility to society 
  • The company grows with the community and actively participates in various social contribution activities for a sustainable society. 
  • Environmental protection is considered as the top priority in the business operation process, and active efforts are made to save resources and prevent pollution. 
5. Corporate wealth and information management 
  • It protects the company's material and intellectual property and does not use it for private purposes. 
  • The company's internal information is not leaked to the outside, and the company's important information is managed transparently. 
6. Compliance with ethical norms 
  • The Company strictly complies with all legal and regulatory requirements, and prohibits acts that violate them. 
  • In the event of a violation of ethical norms, it is reported through the internal reporting system, and the reporter is protected.

Our company takes the development and distribution of excellent vaccines, honest and transparent management, and building customer trust as its core values, and accordingly, we thoroughly comply with relevant laws and regulations. 


In particular, as a pharmaceutical company responsible for public health, we are deeply aware of the importance of compliance management based on transparency and fairness. We are striving to fulfill our social responsibilities through responsible management according to ethical standards as well as legal requirements. 

All executives and employees will have to do their best to protect this compliance management and corporate ethics. 


The company is establishing a more transparent corporate culture by introducing a Fair Trade Compliance Program (CP) for fair and ethical management. In addition, in 2022, it has further strengthened its system for anti-corruption and fair trade by obtaining ISO 37001 International Standard Certification for Anti-Corruption Management Systems. 


We have formed an organization to practice the Fair Trade Compliance Program, produce a self-compliance manual, and provide training for all executives and employees. Through this, we are raising the company's compliance spirit and fair trade consciousness. All executives and employees must thoroughly comply with the following in accordance with the company's compliance spirit and policy. 


First, all executives and employees must comply with the relevant implementation laws and regulations when performing their duties and must not participate in, direct, approve, or condone illegal activities. 

Second, we must actively cooperate with all compliance management activities conducted by the company. 

Third, if you are aware of an illegal act, you should immediately inform the relevant department and get help. 


Compliance management is no longer an option but a necessity. Please keep in mind that compliance management is a prerequisite for our company's sustainable growth, and I ask for your thorough practice.

ISO 37001 Certification 


ISO 37001 is an anti-corruption management system that assesses the effective operation of the anti-corruption and anti-bribery control system faced by companies An international standard for (anti-Bribery Management System). 


Our company aims to spread anti-corruption culture by eradicating corruption activities, secure corporate competitiveness, and create a sustainable management environment in 2022 (ISO 37001) Certified.

This policy aims to establish an anti-corruption management system by setting standards for executives and employees to prevent corruption and bribery in order to achieve the purpose of "honest and responsible management practice."
